DonziDirect is once again producing our OEM 22 ZX, 26 ZX, 28 ZX, 28 ZXO, 33 ZX and 38 ZX inlay panel for your ZX Sunpad. This item is a flat vinyl panel that measures approximately 79" wide by 52" tall.  Our Panel is produced from OEM Donzi white with your choice of two-color OEM ZX logo inlay. The inlay is specifically fit to this panel measuring approximately 59" wide by 29" tall. This item is our most requested ZX upholstery item. Some photos are of completed assembly, you will receive flat vinyl panel with logo only.

ZX Logo is available in one size only and may be larger or smaller than that which is currently on your boat. 

Please be advised that this is a flat piece of vinyl with logo, so you will need to have a local shop to integrate this piece into your boat's sunpad. 

ZX Inlay Manufacturing Process: The outline of the logo is digitally cut from the base vinyl using the original factory art. The logo insert and drop shadow element are likewise router-cut. All pieces are then assembled into the sunpad skin to create the sculpted, raised look of the original factory logo. Please note that independent shops will overlay the logo instead of inlaying it, but the resulting appearance is not the same! Donzi specified this particular process for its striking good looks and for its durability, even though it is more time consuming and therefore more costly to execute.

Lead Times: Currently our lead times are about 8-10 weeks. However, in some cases upholstery does complete faster (we just cannot guarantee it).

Each individual piece of Donzi upholstery is built by professionals using the most durable marine-grade materials available. Each piece of vinyl on every Donzi OEM upholstery component is cut on a Gerber digital cutter from computerized patterns. This guarantees precise tolerances and perfect fit. These pieces are then sewn together using marine-grade thread that is UV resistant and far more durable than automotive thread used by most shops.
