This 22 Classic Bucket Seat comes complete and ready to plug & play.
Our OEM Classic Bucket Seats are 100% wood-free made with our OEM poly-rotocast shell. These are durable, impervious to the elements and come with integrated T-nuts for easy, secure installation. Seat skins are affixed with stainless steel staples. Removable bottom cushions feature poly substrate -not plywood- with drain holes so they won’t hold water. A poly cleat is added to hold them firmly in place, and their undersides are finished with breathable mesh material affixed with stainless steel staples.
Snaps are shipped loose for local installation. Each Donzi upholstery kit was hand installed on the factory floor, and no two boats share the same snap pattern.
Lead Times: Currently our lead times are about 8-9 weeks. However, in some cases upholstery does complete faster (we just cannot guarantee it).
Shipping: Shipping is “to be determined” upon completion as our shipping calculator is unable to calculate freight rates weeks in advance. This method allows us to choose the best carrier & rates for your delivery area. All upholstery kits ship via freight. We ship weekly to both residential and commercial addresses. Individual upholstery pieces typically ship via ground. Carriers vary depending on delivery location.
Each individual piece of Donzi upholstery is built by professionals using the most durable marine-grade materials available. Each piece of vinyl on every Donzi OEM Classic upholstery component is cut on a Gerber digital cutter from computerized patterns. This guarantees precise tolerances and perfect fit. Vinyl strips are then sewn together in genuine “tuck & roll” style using marine-grade thread that is UV resistant and far more durable than automotive thread used by most shops. The “tuck & roll” is then sewn onto P55 poly channeling foam. Inside, you’ll find P240 high density closed-cell foam. One of the most resilient and durable (and accordingly, expensive) seating foams in the industry. All removable cushions are backed with breathable mesh material with zipper.
